Project of the Day

Hey Stampers! First of all, I want to thank Ronnica Adams for hosting a workshop this past Monday night! She earned 3 Sale-a-bration sets, a level 1 hostess set and $40 in free merchandise. Thanks again for getting those outside orders together and having us to your home to stamp!

I found some clipboards at Sam's Club today and wanted to embellish them a little. This is what I did! I finally made something for me!! If there is interest, this could be a class for March! Enjoy!

The Details:
Stamps: none (that's crazy - I should have stamped something somewhere on it)
CS: berry bliss designers, pretty in pink, purely pomegranate
Ink: none
other: clipboard, ribbons, letters cut with cricut

Tile Class Project

I will be having a tile class on Friday, Feb. 8th and I have been working on some tiles this weekend. I think that this is the one we are going to do this time. The cost is $8 for the first tile, and $5 for each add'l tile. All supplies will be included in the fee. You will get a free tile with a $50 order in addition to a free stamp set from the Sale-a-Bration collection! Let me know if you would like to attend, I have several openings still left. Enjoy!

Christmas Organizer

Here is a little idea I CASE'd from Maria's website of an accordion style organizer made with business size envelopes. For the full tutorial click here. I only wish I would have had some envelopes here at home that were plain white and not the security type envelopes. Oh well, I was just wanting to try it, so it's okay. It is really quite simple to make and the tutorial has very good instructions and all the measurements that you will need. I also printed off a calendar for December to put in one of the pockets. Enjoy.

Supplies:

Stamps: Baroque Motifs
CS: Soft Sky, Blue Bayou, Certainly Celery, Soft Sky Designer Series Prints
Ink: Blue Bayou
Other: Ice Rhinestone Brads, Ticket corner punch, word window punch, blue bayou stitched ribbon, white taffeta ribbon, silver cord, mini glue dots.

New bag for Jarren

Jarren needed a new bag to pack his stuff to daycare, grandma's, etc. I bought him a canvas bag for $2.50 at Hobby Lobby and decorated it. This way, if it is ruined I won't feel bad about just pitching it in the trash. This would also make a cute baby gift, you could easily stamp some burp rags and a onesie to match! I used the headline alphabet set and Frolicking Frogs. Enjoy.

Artwork

A friend at worked asked me to help her frame her little boy's artwork he made for her. She bought a frame from Walmart and I sponged some ink on the edge of the paper, added his name with the typeset alphabet set and matted each letter, and also added a couple of photo holders on each side. It turned out really cute and Jacob was really proud of his work of art! Good job Jacob!!
