Card of the Day

Happy Weekend stampers! I hope you all are enjoying the weekend so far. We had beautiful weather today which was a nice change from the cold, rainy weather we had been having.

It seems I have had a case of stamper's block the last few days. I case'd this card from splitcoast stampers found here. Everything was going well, I had the card all stamped and put together and then I decided to put the second step on the flower. That's when it all went downhill! I didn't get it lined up very good and I wanted to kick myself for being too lazy to get the stampamajig out of the drawer! Oh well, at least I posted something, right? Enjoy!

The details:
Stamps: heartfelt thanks, all holidays, it's your birthday, french script
CS: choc chip, close to cocoa, pink passion, vanilla
Ink: choc chip, close to cocoa
Other: SU markers (choc chip, close to cocoa, pixie pink, pink passion)

Hi Laurie!

Not to worry, I can't tell anything is wrong with the flower. My two step stamps are RARELY ever lined up correctly. . .I just pretend that that is the way it supposed to look.

I think you did a wonderful job on your card. I love the color combo. . .it's one of my favorites!!

I love this card. I thought you offset it on purpose for dramatic effect. Very pretty.
